Come and enjoy slow, flowing movements closely linked to the breath with meditative space and seated breathwork.
The classes are personalised to accommodate your level of experience (from beginners onwards) and physical ability.
All levels are welcome.
You can join the class:
• at the Avonmouth Community Centre
• streamed live online via Zoom
Prices / Drop-in
• Pay as you go: £10
• 4 weeks in advance: £32 (£8 per class)
• 4 weeks in advance: £32 (£8 per class)
Concessions of 25% are available for those on low incomes.
